Description
This 45-hour course is approved by the state of Maine as a “Trade Related” elective for the Journeyman Program and is a hands-on course, designed to be taken only in classroom. This course will provide the student with proper safety procedures, mathematics, and theory behind bending with hand-benders and powered benders. Students will become proficient in all the major bends, working toward or away from an obstacle and learn associated codes as needed.
Required Materials: Scientific Calculator (capable of SIN, COS, TAN functions)…for this course, the one on your phone would be fine.
